How do I choose the right bag for me?
Consider the dimensions, shape, handle or strap style, interior space and the way you plan to use the bag. Product photos and details are there to help you compare each model.
Where can I find product dimensions and details?
Check the product page for the available dimensions, features, photos and other details specific to that model.
Will the appearance of my bag change with use?
Small changes in shape or appearance can naturally happen with regular use and depend on the material, colour and way the bag is cared for. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, direct heat and rough surfaces.
How should I clean my bag?
Start with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive products and aggressive rubbing. For any deeper cleaning, use a method suitable for the specific material and test it first on a discreet area.
Can my bag get wet?
Avoid soaking the bag or exposing it to prolonged moisture. If it becomes damp, gently blot the surface with a soft cloth and allow it to air-dry naturally, away from direct heat.
How should I store my bag?
Store it in a dry place away from direct sunlight and excess humidity. Empty the bag before storing it, gently preserve its shape and avoid placing heavy items on top.
